GROW FINANCIAL RE-ACTIVATION AND CULTIVATION PROGRAM
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Grow Financial Card Re-Engagement Program ("Program") is offered by Grow Financial Federal Credit Union ("Grow Financial") and administered by Harness ("Administrator"). The Program is designed to reward eligible cardholders for using their Grow Financial credit or debit cards.
ELIGIBILITY
Participation in this Program is by invitation only and limited to specifically targeted Grow Financial cardholders.
Eligible cards must be in good standing (not expired, closed, delinquent, or otherwise restricted).
Program eligibility is determined at the card level, not the individual level.
Employees of Grow Financial and their immediate family members may be ineligible to participate.
PROGRAM STRUCTURE
Re-Activation Program:
- The Re-Activation Program runs for a period of two (2) months from your enrollment date.
- To qualify for the reward, you must make at least one (1) purchase transaction of $50 or more using your eligible Grow Financial card during the two-month program period.
- Only purchases posted to your account during the program period will count toward qualification.
- Balance transfers, cash advances, fees, interest charges, and account adjustments do not count as qualifying transactions.
Cultivation Program:
- Upon successful completion of the Re-Activation Program milestone, you will be automatically enrolled in the three-month Cultivation Program beginning the first day of the following month.
The Cultivation Program consists of three consecutive monthly spending milestones:
- Month 1: Spend $75 or more to earn a $5 Runa gift card
- Month 2: Spend $125 or more to earn a $10 Runa gift card
- Month 3: Spend $150 or more to earn a $15 Runa gift card
- Each monthly milestone is independent. You may qualify for any month's reward regardless of your participation in other months.
- Only purchases posted to your account during each specific calendar month will count toward that month's spending threshold.
REWARDS
- Rewards will be in the form of Runa gift cards in the denominations specified above.
- You will be notified via email when you have earned a reward.
- Rewards must be claimed within ninety (90) days of notification or they will be forfeited.
- Rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred, assigned, or sold.
- You are limited to one reward per milestone period.
- Please allow up to 7 business days after claiming for your reward to be processed and delivered.
- Rewards may be subject to tax reporting. The recipient is responsible for any applicable taxes.
COMMUNICATIONS
By enrolling in the Program, you consent to receive communications related to the Program, including but not limited to enrollment confirmation, milestone progress updates, and reward notifications. These communications may be sent via email, SMS text message, or displayed in your online banking dashboard.
PROGRAM MODIFICATION OR TERMINATION
Grow Financial reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Program at any time, with or without notice.
In the event of Program termination, Grow Financial will honor rewards earned prior to termination.
Grow Financial reserves the right to disqualify any participant who engages in fraudulent activity or violates these Terms.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
1.Grow Financial and the Administrator are not responsible for:
- Any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical errors, or human error
- Any interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission
- Any unauthorized access to Program information or materials
- Any loss or damage that may result from participation in the Program
2. GROW FINANCIAL MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT ABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH RESPECT TO THE PROGRAM OR ANY REWARDS.GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Florida without regard to conflict of law principles.
PRIVACY POLICY
INFORMATION COLLECTION
To administer this Program, Grow Financial and the Administrator collect and use the following information:
- Enrollment information (name, contact information, eligible card details)
- Transaction data (date, amount, merchant category) to determine milestone achievement
- Program engagement data (enrollment status, milestone progress, reward redemption)
INFORMATION USE
The information collected is used to:
- Determine Program eligibility and milestone achievement
- Communicate with you about the Program
- Award and distribute rewards
- Analyze Program performance and improve future offerings
- Prevent fraud and ensure Program integrity
INFORMATION SHARING
Your information may be shared with:
- The Program Administrator (Harness) for the purpose of operating the Program
- Service providers who assist in reward fulfillment
- As required by law or to comply with legal process
DATA RETENTION
Your Program participation data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, or as required by applicable laws and regulations.
DATA SECURITY
Grow Financial and the Administrator implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
YOUR CHOICES
- You may withdraw from the Program at any time by contacting Grow Financial member services.
- Withdrawal from the Program will result in the termination of your participation and eligibility for future rewards.
- Withdrawal will not affect rewards already earned and claimed.
